How long have you been An Apollo Design Technology, Inc customer?

Bay Stage has been working with Apollo Design for over 20 years, and we look forward to another 20 years.

How would you describe Apollo’s customer service?

Apollo’s customer service is outstanding. They should be the role model for all other vendors in our industry. They are very professional and so helpful. Their customer service is one of the reasons they are our first-choice vendor for our gobos.

How would you characterize the quality, availability, and delivery time for Apollo Design products and services?

The quality of the product has always been top notch, nothing but the best. With the industry, we work in, there are always last-minute orders. Apollo understands the urgency and has never let us down. They always make the deadline they promise with 100% accuracy.

What is your favorite Apollo product and why?

Our favorite Apollo product, hands down is the custom gobo. They specialize in this area and have all the knowledge and can take any custom piece of artwork and make it happen. I trust them 100%. They take the time to educate me, so I’m able to provide my customer with all the needed information to produce their gobo. Our customers are always pleased with the final outcome

Please tell us about your relationship with your Apollo Sales Rep?

Our customer service rep, Mary Harrison, is always a ray of sunshine. She is such a pleasure to work with. I talk to her at least a few times a week and sometimes more. She is always on her game, informative, kind, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. She is very knowledgeable and has trained me very well. I appreciate the extra time she spends with me when I need it.

Other comments:

Apollo by far is one of the best companies to work with. They have produced some beautiful gobos for our clients. There have been times when the customer needs a quick proof/turnaround, and Apollo always helps us out with any and all challenges we encounter.
