Live Design/LDI announced the winners of the 2018 LDI Booth Awards and Debuting Products Awards this week.
Under Best Debuting Product: Lighting in the Lighting Accessories and Integration category, LDI’s judges awarded Honorable Mention to Apollo Design® for doubling the resolution of Apollo’s SuperResolution® Gobos.
“We were thrilled to get recognized for the second generation SuperResolution®, doubling the resolution below 50mm,” shared Joel Nichols, Chief Innovation Officer for Apollo Design®. “This has been a big effort that we have worked years at to bring to market. We hope our dealers and customers can benefit from it.”
A SuperResolution® gobo is a glass gobo that projects black & white or grayscale photographs or graphics with intricate detail.
LDI is North America’s largest tradeshow and conference for design and technology for live events. Now in its 30th year, it hosts more than 350 exhibiting companies and close to 15,000 industry professionals.
