How long have you been an Apollo Design® Technology, Inc. customer?
We have used Apollo products for at least the last fifteen years.
How did you first learn about Apollo Design®?
Our Sales Director, Peter Threadgold, first saw Apollo products at an LDI Show in the U.S. in the mid-90s. On the stand, they were demonstrating a range of their products, and he was immediately taken aback by how their gobos could produce such high-quality projections at such as a small size.
How would you describe Apollo’s customer service?
Apollo’s customer service has always been exemplary. Despite being based on the other side of the Atlantic, they are always extremely efficient and more than happy to answer and resolve any queries.
How would you characterize the quality, availability, and delivery time for Apollo Design® products and services?
The delivery time has always been fantastic. Whenever we use Apollo Design for projects, be them large or small, we know we can rely on the quality of their products along with their efficiency of service.
What is your favorite Apollo product and why? *
We don’t want to pick just one! The standard of quality shines throughout their entire range, hence the reason we have used them on multiple projects.
Please tell us about your relationship with your Apollo Sales Rep?
Milad Khouli has always been both extremely friendly and knowledgeable – which is essentially all you can ask for in a Sales Rep!
Other comments; events and attractions utilizing Apollo products; a story about Apollo; etc.:
We used Apollo Smart Move® rotators and gobos when we worked at a large theme park in Singapore. We supplied Apollo coloured dichroic glass to the ring˚werk indoor theme park in Nurburgring, Germany. We also supplied custom glass gobos to the House of Dancing Water at the Dragone Theatre in Macau. *
